At IPS, we will make the process of renting a property from us as simple as possible. This includes a same day move in service which means you could view and move into your selected property on the same day.
Fours steps to renting a home with IPS
Step 1 - We will discuss your needs and advise on all properties that are available within your budget and selected area.
Step 2 - We will arrange a viewing of the properties you've selected. You will be accompanied by a member of the IPS Lettings team.
Step 3 - Once you have chosen the right property for you, we will ask you for some information and advise you of the total amount of money you will need to move into it.
We will arrange to complete all the paperwork with you and once it's been approved, we will agree a moving in date. This can be the same day.
Step 4 - Before you move in, all rents deposits and fees must be paid. We will then hand over the keys to your new home. We will take care of contacting the utility companies.
