Rent Guarantee Scheme
This is designed for those landlords who require a regular guaranteed income and the peace of mind of knowing they will receive rents regardless of their property being occupied.

Once we have agreed a rental for your property, you will receive a regular fixed income whether your property is occupied or not. This scheme removes all risk of property letting.

Full Management Scheme
The full Management Scheme offers comprehensive property management. It is similar to the rent guarantee scheme in that rents are paid when the property is occupied and we receive rents from tenants. While this has an element of risk if the property becomes vacant or the tenant becomes unreliable with rental payments, it also has the potential of enhanced rental income.

Rent Collect Scheme
Under this scheme, landlords are responsible for maintenance – but the benefit is that it has a reduced commission structure that allows a greater return. It is for landlords who are happy carrying out their own maintenance or have a large portfolio of properties with a team of maintenance people on hand.

Tenant Introduction Scheme
For those landlords who prefer to manage their own properties, we offer a Tenant Introduction Scheme.
This service may suit you if you can afford to devote a little more time to your investments and can absorb the financial highs and lows that can often be experienced in the world of property letting.
